On the login screen, click the Register button, and enter your email address on the subsequent screen. If we already have a Connection account set up for you, we will e-mail you your user name and temporary password right away. If not, we will ask you to fill out a quick registration form.
You'll be asked for your Advent copy number, e-mail address, and name. Make sure to enter them exactly as they are in our client records. If we find you in our records, we'll send you an instant acceptance e-mail. If not, we'll send you an e-mail with further instructions.
Ask your company's primary Advent contact to enter you into Advent's client records (which he/she can do on Advent Connection).
There is no limit. Every person at your company can set up his/her own Advent Connection account. |

Click the "Forgot your user name or password?" link. Enter your e-mail address, and we will e-mail you your user name and password right away.
Once you are in the site, click "Your Profile," then click "Change Your Connection User Name" or "Change Your Connection Password."
Once you are in the site, click "Your Profile," then click "Edit Your Contact Information."
Yes, with the following exceptions:
- Some Geneva pages are available to Geneva clients only.
